Over $25,000 has been raised

Family members are demanding accountability, not only for Kaimir, but for other children who might be placed in the care of unlicensed caregivers.

”No family should ever have to feel this kind of pain,” Kaimir’s grandfather said. ”We trusted someone to protect him, not put him in harm’s way.”

A GoFundMe page has been set up by Adrianna Jones to honor Kaimir’s memory and help the family during this devastating time. Over $25,000 has already been raised as of now.

”Unfortunately, I did not have any life insurance for my 2 year old son, so I am asking the community for help with raising funds for his memorial funeral. Anything will help and anything is appreciated. Thank you,” Adrianna writes.

Imagine dropping your two-year-old off at a home daycare you thought was safe, only to never see him alive again. Rest in peace, Kaimir. Sending all my love and strength to your family.
