Sister André currently lives in a nursing home in Toulon, along the Mediterranean coast. She starts each day with breakfast followed by a light morning exercise routine. Upon learning she had become the oldest living person, she said she was delighted—and even expressed her desire to break the record of the 119-year-old Japanese woman who previously held the title.
