The entitled mom wasn’t giving up easily. Her voice was firm, almost defiant. “But my son is uncomfortable, and I’m sure she can find another seat! Doesn’t customer service mean anything anymore?”
Captain Sterling maintained his calm demeanor. “Customer service is indeed very important to us, and so is ensuring that we respect all our passengers’ bookings. We might have a solution, though. Let me check with the cabin crew if there are any available seats where you both can sit together comfortably.”
