Finally, after what seemed like hours, the neighbors couldn’t take it anymore. They stormed over, their faces a mix of embarrassment and indignation. Feigning surprise, we greeted them with open arms, inviting them to join us in the jacuzzi. Their confusion was palpable, but they declined, mumbling apologies and retreating back to their own home.
The message was clear: respect others’ property as you would want yours to be respected. Our little demonstration had illuminated the error of their ways in a manner far more effective than any angry confrontation could have achieved.
