In 2017, Jaqi Clements created an Instagram account for her identical twin daughters, Leah Rose and Ava Marie, to share photos with friends and family. The girls’ striking looks quickly went viral, earning them the title “most beautiful twins in the world.”
By age 14, the California sisters had nearly 3 million followers and modeling deals with brands like Nike, Disney, and Target. While critics questioned their early start, Jaqi insists modeling was the twins’ choice and that their parents weren’t profiting from them.
In 2019, the account became a lifeline when their father, Kevin, was diagnosed with a rare cancer. The twins used their platform to urge followers to join the bone marrow registry, ultimately finding a match in Kevin’s brother.
Now teen models and advocates, Leah and Ava continue balancing their careers, education, and family—proving they’re more than just pretty faces.
